All activities in which you may engage on this website, or at our studio are voluntary. You are not required to provide any personal information to us unless you choose to access features on this site which require it or you voluntarily provide us with information at our studio. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, then you may immediately exit and discontinue using this website — though we’d be sorry to see you go, we do understand. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipped work is guaranteed to arrive safe and sound. If for any reason this is not the case, the work will be replaced at no charge. Photo documentation required for proof of damage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the work is not to the customer’s liking, it may be returned or exchanged. Work must be safely repacked and returned at the customer’s expense. To ensure a safe return, we recommend using UPS for guaranteed packing and trackable shipping (http://www.theupsstore.ca/services/pack-ship/shipping-canada/). Upon safe return, the customer will be reimbursed, minus a small re-processing fee on larger items to be determined in advance with Okanagan Pottery. We make every effort to make our customer’s shopping experience simple and straightforward.
